Each home comes unfurnished with an attached garage.  And while Santo Terrace is a pet-friendly community, it allows a maximum of two pets per household.  Either cats or dogs.  Neighborhood amenities include a gym, 22 tot-lots with playgrounds, a full-size pool, community center, business center, and mini-mart.

Because of its central location, top- rated K-12 schools, Villa Norte Park, supermarkets, shops and local eateries surround Santo Terrace.  The nearby Wal-Mart, Target, and Mission Valley Mall also afford plenty of shopping and dining opportunities, while the entire family can enjoy extended excursions to Sea World and the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park.
