Lincoln Military Housing’s mission is to provide premier homes and outstanding management and maintenance services to military families, who deserve nothing less.

We strive to understand the changing needs of military families and consider it our duty to improve the quality of life for those who live in our communities.

Since 2001, Lincoln has worked closely with all levels of the armed services including Navy, Marine Corp, Army and Air Force leaders, to create a new and vastly improved standard of military housing. Today, we are proud to say that we have developed or manage more than 31,000 military family homes across the country.

We continually work to improve and enhance the military homes and communities we manage. Through our expertly trained personnel, we provide attentive, responsive resident services including 24-hour maintenance, children’s programs, and free special events. Some communities also provide courtesy patrols, intrusion alarm systems, and Internet access. We routinely seek and react to resident feedback through surveys, town hall meetings, focus groups and correspondence. Through these efforts, our communities have won numerous awards for development and customer service including many “A” List Awards.
