Renter’s Insurance Companies
(in addition to what is included in BAH)
Personal Property Insurance has been obtained by Lincoln Military Housing in the amount of $10,000 for the benefit of the resident. The policy has a $250 deductible payable by the resident. Residents are recommended to obtain liability insurance and additional person property insurance (at the resident’s expense) to insure belongings from possible damage that may exceed the above amount.
