Garrison Way is one of five neighborhoods in Yorktown, a district rich in history and tradition.
Comprised of 103 homes, these two- to four-bedroom residences are built for comfortable family living. Each home includes a private backyard and separate storage shed, wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer hookups. Garrison Way is a also pet-friendly community, however certain restrictions apply.
Neighborhood amenities include a playground, a volleyball and basketball court, gym, baseball field and picnic areas with outdoor grills. A pool and community center were completed in 2009 for the residents enjoyment.
In addition to the renowned K-12 schools in the surrounding area, Yorktown Battlefield, Colonial Williamsburg and the lakes of Newport News Park, Garrison Way is a wonderful community for any family to call home.
