Located near the beach, the Anacapa Community is just a 6 mile-drive from its sister base, Port Hueneme. Each two- to four-bedroom townhome features a gas range, refrigerator, carpeting, a utility room and one-car garage. Other services include free dial-up Internet, 24-hour maintenance service and greenhouse kitchen windows in selected residences.
While Anacapa is a pet-friendly community, a two-pet minimum is set per household. Thanks to its location, the community is close to local seafood restaurants serving up fresh fish and sushi.
On base amenities include home daycare, a youth center and gym. A short distance away, the city houses two theaters and a bowling alley, while the nearby Pacific View Mall offers great shopping and recreation opportunities along the scenic Ventura Boulevard.
There are a number of top rated K-12 schools in the area, and outdoor activities abound at Malibu Beach, a 30-minute drive from the community.
