Orleck Heights provides single family homes to E1 - E9. The designs include single level, 1 and 2 bath, or two-story, 2 1/2 bath homes. All homes within Orleck Heights are duplex-style with 198 single level 2 bedroom and 1 bath, 200 single level, 4 bedroom and 2 bath, and 300 two-story homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. All of the homes have attached garages and are unfurnished.

There are four tot-lots with multi-activity gyms, sand diggers, tether ball, bucket ball, garden boxes, swings, tilt-a- whirl, rock wall and worm climber (monkey bars). There is also a Capp field with a tennis court, basket ball court, sand volleyball and roller hockey. As well as Damato park which features a skate park, ball field, and a cabana with a grill. There is now a Dog park for you and your pets enjoyment.

The community center features a large community room (maximum capacity - 107) w/ full kitchen, pool table, 2 video arcades, and patio w/ barbeque. The room is available for events Mon-Sat. Reservations taken by District Manager, based on availability, and $500 deposit (returned if no damages) The business center has 4 computers, printer, and fax machine. Open during business hours only: Mon-Fri 8:30AM -5:30PM, Sat 9AM - 1PM. Two large conference rooms are available by reservation only, taken by the district manager. A deposit of $300 is required.

The Exchange is located one-half mile away. Hours of Operation: Mon-Sat 6AM-9PM, Sun 8AM-9PM. Range of products include: grocery food products, liquor, medicine, laundry products, flowers, and more. The store also provides dry cleaning services, film developing, and a barbershop.

Murphy Canyon Youth Center/Murphy Canyon CYP - Childrens Youth Programs: Distance - Less than 1/4 mile proximity.
