Features and Amenities

The community is designed with townhomes that are arranged in building configurations of two to six units each with a 1 - 2 car garage. The 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes offer a range of floor plans from 3 bedrooms/2 to 3.5 bath units to 4 bedroom/2 to 2.5 bath models. Interior amenities include all-white appliances and cabinetry, corian counter tops, carpeting, ceiling fans, intrusion alarms, 2 inch designer blinds and patio areas for your family. Gateway Village has a beautiful community clubhouse and pool.

	Swimming Pool There are two pools located in this community that are about 34’x50’ and 3 ½’ deep. The hours are 7AM until 10PM.
	Children's Servicess There are 5 tot-lots located throughout this community and feature jungle gyms, slides and swings.
	Gym There is also a gym provided to our residents. It is approximately 24’x32’. It contains 3 stairmasters, 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 8 weight machines (paramount functional trainer, abdominal crunch, back extension, lat mid row, multi press, shoulder press, leg extension, prone leg curl, leg press and calf raise).
	Community Center For your convenience a beautiful Clubhouse can be reserved for your special events. A $300 money order deposit is required to hold the date. The room is available Mondays thru Fridays - 5:30PM-10PM and Saturdays 1PM-10PM. Computer Center - there are 5 computers, 1 printer/fax/copier. It is open to residents the same hours as the office.

Other

There is a recreation center next door that is run by MWR. They offer a 6AM-6PM program.
