The Dahlgren Navy Exchange is located in Bldg. #109. (540) 653-5312 Hours of operation are: Monday- Thursday 9:30am- 6:00pm Friday- 8:30am- 6:00pm Saturday- 9:30am- 6:00pm Sunday and Holidays- 11am- 4pm The Exchange is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
