Arundel Estates is one of ten communities in NSA Annapolis. Residences are reserved for Enlisted, Senior Enlisted and Officer housing, and feature newly privacy fencing and storage sheds.
While Arundel Estates is a pet friendly community, owners must provide all medical history and vet contact information for dogs and cats, and pets must be leashed outside the home.
Neighborhood amenities include a pool with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds. There are a wide variety of shops and services at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, and Arundel Estates’ proximity to downtown Annapolis assures easy access to restaurants and fine shops along the waterfront.
The nearby Annapolis Mall and shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining. There is a selection of private and public K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is located just 10 minutes from the Arundel Estates Community.
