Located in the city of Santee in San Diego County, the Prospect View community is only 16 miles from the Naval Air Station.  Unfurnished, each of the two and three bedroom townhome-style residences come equipped with the latest kitchen appliances, central air and heat, washer/dryer hookups and smoke detectors.  Added touches include wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, individual patios or balconies, and attached garages. 

Neighborhood amenities include several tot-lots and a half-court basketball court.  At this time, management does not allow dogs and cats in the community.  Public transportation in the form of a trolley and a local bus is an easy ride to the local shopping center and “big box” stores such as Wal-Mart and Target as well as supermarkets. 

In addition to the K-12 public schools and two hospitals in the outlying area, the proximity of Santee Lakes Regional Park affords numerous ways for residents to enjoy the great outdoors. 

At this time cats and dogs are not allowed; however, birds and fish are.

Prospect View currently offers a flat rent, including utilities,  of $1,450 for all 2-bedroom homes plus a $500 Wal-Mart gift card when you move in.  The 3-bedroom homes are at BAH but receive 1 month rent free plus a $500 Wal-mart gift card at move-in.  The gift card offer does not apply to Intersite transfers.
