Welcome to the Naval Amphibious Base

With the San Diego Bay to the east and the Silver Strand Beach to the west, the Naval Amphibious Base is located in the “Crown City” of Coronado.  Each unfurnished home comes with the latest kitchen appliances and tasteful touches to both the interior and exterior. 

While NAB is a pet-friendly community, there’s a two-pet maximum policy per household.

Neighborhood amenities include a playground, picnic benches, outdoor gas and coal grills for barbequing, and a jungle gym. 

On base residents will find a large exchange with further shopping and dining opportunities located just outside the base.  In addition to the many reputable K-12 schools in the outlying area, the proximity of the beach, Centennial Park and the Coronado Ferry Landing afford endless recreational activities for the entire family, while Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park with its museums and classic merry-go-round make for great day trips.
