Welcome to Chollas Heights Historical

Nestled between Chollas Park and the reservoir, the 7 historical homes in the Chollas Heights community were built in 1914. 

Each generously appointed residence features details that only highlight its classic personality.  The community boasts nearly a mile of fitness trails for strolling, biking or running, and the neighborhood abounds with opportunities for outdoor enjoyment.

While Chollas Heights accepts birds and fish, dogs and cats are not permitted due to the environmental area.  Neighborhood amenities include BBQ areas, a soccer field and basketball courts.  Large chain stores such as Wal-Mart and Target are conveniently located within walking distance of the community, along with supermarkets and popular eateries.

There are plenty of highly-rated K-12 schools in the outlying area, and nearby attractions such as Sea Word, the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park with its science center, IMAX theatre, turn-of-the-century merry-go-round and more make for added fun, culture and entertainment.
