Located in the scenic Linda Vista area, the friendly community of Chesterton Townhomes lies 9 miles south of MCAS Miramar.  Each home features an attached garage with ample storage, and a private, fenced backyard.

While Chesterton Townhomes is a pet friendly community, there’s a one pet maximum per household.

The neighborhood abounds with 11 outdoor parks with kid-favorite jungle gyms, sea-saws, monkey chains and spring horses.  In addition, residents can enjoy half-court basketball courts located throughout the community, as well as childcare and after-school programs available through the CYP with easy access to a Super Wal-Mart on Shawline Street and top rated K-12 schools.
