While Bayview Hills is a cat-friendly community, some restrictions do apply.

Neighborhood amenities include 26 tot-lots, a recreation center that organizes frequent field trips, a mini-mart, volleyball court, and popular basketball court with attached kitchen available to rent for birthday parties.

There is a small NEX steps away from the entrance to the community, and top rated K-12 schools lie just outside the gate.  In addition, national brand stores such as Target and Wal-Mart are located in nearby National City, and popular attractions such as Knott’s Soak City, the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park with its museums, theatres, Reuben H. Fleet Science Center and more offer additional excursions for the entire family.
