Located between Mission Bay and the ocean, the Admiral Hartman community is situated in the “west coast casual” area known as Pacific Beach.  The airy homes have front yards, backyards and patios, affording plenty of opportunities to enjoy the idyllic California climate.

While Admiral Hartman is a pet friendly community, some restrictions do apply.  Neighborhood amenities include 4 tot-lots, playgrounds, and a bustling community center available for social gatherings.

Located 10 miles north of the Naval Station, residents are never far from the shopping centers and top K-12 schools in the surrounding area.  And with its proximity to the beach, the Admiral Hartman community affords numerous ways to enjoy the great outdoors, as well as local excursions to Sea World, the Wave House Athletic Club, and the Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, and city excursions to the world-famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park with its renowned merry-go-round, many museums and cultural offerings.
