The Sandpiper Crescent Community in Little Creek is comprised of 223 single-level and two-story townhomes.

Each spacious two- to four-bedroom home comes equipped with the latest in kitchen amenities, washer/dryer hook-ups,  carpeting, window coverings, and a private, fenced backyard.

The community boasts five landscaped playgrounds, two basketball courts, ASYMCA-sponsored programs for children, and on-base perks such as the Boone Lodge and a child development center. A multi-purpose clubhouse and pool are currently under construction.
