The Kansas City Community is located in the quaint district of Belton, Missouri. Units include single or two-story three- to four-bedroom homes.

All 77 units are delivered unfurnished and equipped with hardwood floors, a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, laundry room, garbage disposal, private front patio, a fenced backyard and a two-car garage with openers. Bedrooms feature walk-in closets, powder rooms, and carpeting. Selected floor plans feature handicapped access, a private back patio, a fireplace and a built-in barbeque grill.

Kansas City is a pet-friendly community with a two-pet maximum. On-site amenities include a pool, three tot-lots and a brand new community center.

Kansas City Community is located just miles from the award-winning schools of the Belton School district. Sports, the symphony, the ballet, live theater and riverboats are just a few of the many activities that nearby Kansas City has to offer. 

There is a 2 pet maximum, either cats or dogs.
