Welcome to Riverview Village

Currently under reconstruction, the beautiful homes of the Riverview Community lie within walking distance of the Indian Head Naval Base.  With the many homes available for all sizes of families, by 2010, several ADA adaptive residences will also be available. 

Each two- to four-bedroom home will include the very latest in kitchen appliances, carpeting, air conditioning, basement storage, backyards and extra large garages.  While Riverview is a pet friendly community, certain breed restrictions may apply. 

Amenities include a pool, playground, dog park, basketball and tennis courts, as well as the popular Tiki Bar. The community offers a free gym membership to all active duty military members and their families, and provides several community centers for social gatherings through MWR. 

With Washington D.C. only 45 minutes north of Riverview, the community abounds with cultural, academic and recreational activities for people of all ages.
