Welcome to Wire Mountain I

The Wire Mountain I Community is located on base, one mile from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate-5, and a few miles from the Del Mar beach and Oceanside Pier.

Wire Mountain I units come unfurnished, and include one or two-story unfurnished homes with three to four bedrooms in a duplex style. Handicap and handicap-adjustable one-level units are also available. All homes have a two-pet maximum, and come equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hook-up, small patio and a 2-car garage with opener. Amenities include a pool, ten tot-lots, a gym and a multi-purpose community center.

Shopping, duty stations and attractions such as Legoland and Carlsbad Premium Outlets are just minutes away. The 22 mile-long SPRINTER offers a green transportation alternative to 15 different stations. There are a number of local elementary and high schools, with LAX and San Diego Airport under two hours away.
