The O’Neill Heights East Community is located on base, just twelve miles from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate-5, the Del Mar beach and Oceanside Pier.

O’Neill Heights East units include two-story, two bedroom 1 1/2 bath units. All homes come unfurnished and equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer hook-ups, garbage disposal, a patio and attached garage with a garage door opener. O’Neill Heights East is a pet-friendly community with a two-pet maximum. Amenities include a pool, a gym, several tot-lots, and a multi-purpose community center.

Shopping, duty stations and attractions such as Legoland, Plaza Camino Real Mall and Carlsbad Premium Outlets are just minutes away. The 22 mile-long SPRINTER offers a green transportation alternative to 15 different stations. There are a number of local elementary and high schools, with LAX and San Diego Airport under two hours away.
