Welcome to Upshur/Rodgers

Upshur/Rodgers is one of sixteen communities in NSA Annapolis.  These historical homes are designated for Key & Essential (K&E) and are currently undergoing some exceptional renovations scheduled for completion in 2010.  Upgrades will include granite kitchen countertops, cherry wood cabinetry, upgraded bathroom fixtures and other unique details.  Although Upshur/Rodgers is a pet friendly community with certain restrictions. Neighborhood amenities include a pool with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds.  There are a wide variety of shops and services at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, and Upshur/Rodgers’ proximity to downtown Annapolis assures easy access to the restaurants and fine shops along the waterfront.  The nearby Annapolis Mall and the shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining.  There is a wide selection of K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is located just 10 minutes from the Upshur/Rodgers Community.
