Welcome to Perry Circle

Perry Circle is one of 16 communities in NSA Annapolis.  The recently renovated homes of Perry Circle provide Officers with upgrades such as granite kitchen countertops, cherry wood cabinetry, upgraded bathroom fixtures as well as private garage. 

While Perry Circle is a pet friendly community, certain restrictions may apply.  Neighborhood amenities include a pool with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds.  

Located at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, residents can also frequent a wide variety of shops and services, and with Perry Circle’s proximity to downtown Annapolis, there’s easy access to an assortment of restaurants and shops along the celebrated waterfront. 

The nearby Annapolis Mall and shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining.  There is a selection of private and public K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is located a short 10 minute drive from the community.
