Welcome to North Severn Village

North Severn Village is one of sixteen communities in NSA Annapolis.  The community provides Enlisted and Senior Enlisted housing with newly fenced-in backyards and storage sheds. 

While the Village is a pet friendly community, owners must provide all medical history and vet contact information for their dogs and cats, and pets must be leashed outside the home.  

Neighborhood amenities include a pool with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds. There are a wide variety of shops and services at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, and North Severn Village’s proximity to downtown Annapolis assures easy access to the restaurants and fine shops along the waterfront.  

The nearby Annapolis Mall and the shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining.  There is a selection of private and public K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is located just 10 minutes from North Severn Village.
