Welcome to Halligan

Halligan is one of sixteen communities in NSA Annapolis. Reserved for Enlisted members, each single-family home features a private garage. While Halligan is a pet friendly community, owners must provide all medical history and vet contact information for their dogs and cats, and pets must be leashed outside the home. Neighborhood amenities include two pools with adjacent snack shops, several tot-lots and landscaped playgrounds. There are a wide variety of shops and services at the entrance of NSA Annapolis, and Halligan’s proximity to downtown Annapolis assures easy access to the many restaurants and fine shops along the waterfront. The nearby Annapolis Mall and the shopping centers along Rte. 2 offer further opportunities for shopping, recreation and dining. There is a wide selection of K-12 schools in the surrounding area, and the Anne Arundel Medical Center is located just 10 minutes from the Halligan Community.
